- Ivan Rego (USA)

- Ivan Rego,from Charlotte North Carolina has his roots in India.He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has worked for IBM and other Companies as an Electrical and Software Engineer.Ivan has an advanced TESOL certificate. He has taught 'basic skills' classes in the community.He has coached youth soccer,loves the outdoors and gardening.Ivan hopes to bring his learning from community involvement and work in the corporate world - a rich mixture of culture and diversity that exemplifies the United States of America-to contribute positively to GLV and its students.
- Errin Valentine (USA)

- Errin Valentine is from Los Angeles, California. He earned his Bachelors of Art degree in History and is a TEFL certified teacher. After graduating from university Errin worked in Real Estate refinancing home loans. Looking for a change he travelled to Japan in 2005 and taught conversational English in Tokyo. Errin came to China in 2008 and taught Business English in various schools around Zhuhai. His interests range from doing extreme sports, reading thriller novels, watching anime and shopping. He is happy to be in China and to now be a part of the GLV family.
- Joanne Seymour (England)

- Joanne was born in Plymouth, England. She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Chinese and Italian. As an undergraduate she studied in Italy and Tianjin, and ever since it has been her dream to return to China and teach English.Joanne feels priviledged to work with such a diverse and interesting range of students and teachers, and hopes she can inspire a love of languages in her students.Her interests include music,films,travelling and Chinese culture.
- Edward K.Martin (USA)

- Edward Martin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest of the USA.After graduating from Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Washington State as a National Merit Scholar he attended Reed College in Portland, Oregon. His major was in the Biological Sciences.During the summers he worked for the Northwest Youth Corps,a non-profit organization. Edward led and taught 6 week residential, experiential based programs focusing on environmental, community and vocational learning.He also studied abroad in Florence, Italy and traveled in Europe and Central America.In 2003 Edward graduated from Reed with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Liberal Arts.He was also the captain of the basketball team at Reed during his junior year.In October, 2009 Edward completed his TESOL certification in Zhuhai, China. Edward looks forward to teaching and learning from GLV students.

- G'day,You are looking at Jerry.He has spent most of his life in the peaceful land of Melbourne, Australia.Throughout the years Jerry has completed a degree in Computer art and design and a degree in Music Teaching. He has taught subjects such as Multimedia, Visual art and Music.Jerry has worked as a music director and composer for university musicals,as well as a Freelance illustrator and designer for Street magazines and DVDs.His interests include: Music recording and performing,fine arts,singing and badminton.His wish is to bring out the creative mind in Chinese people.
- Jimmy Lee (England)

- There seems more than meets the eye as Jimmy is a unique blend of Western and Chinese cultures. He is British, having grown up and lived in England for most of his life (since he was a baby). However he is originally Chinese, being born in Hong Kong. Jimmy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in 1994 and became a certified TEFL Teacher in 2009. With many years experience as an Engineer in a corporate environment Jimmy made a bold, life-changing decision to leave the UK in search of a more fulfilling purpose in Teaching. Having a passion for travel and exploring new cultures, especially the Chinese language and heritage, you will find Jimmy to be a friendly, outgoing individual.

- Liam is from Ireland .With a Bachelors Degree in Food Sciences from The National University of Ireland, he has worked in food quality control for many years. In 1990 he set up his own business in food logistics and retail that helped him develop a keen interest in a wide variety of business models and customer services.In1999 he returned to university to study for a Higher Diploma in Community Development, an area in which he has had a lifelong interest. He has served as a director of several companies at local, national and European levels in the area of social equality. He came to China in 2010, studied for his TESOL in Zhuhai and joined GLV Hangzhou as a teacher. His interests include travel, drama, sports and social history.
- John Erickson (USA)

- Johnny came to Zhuhai in September of 2010. He was born in Kennewick, Washington but grew up in Dallas, Texas. He is TEFL certified and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from DePauw University. While at University he also minored in Russian Language. His interests include American politics, reading, and sports. Johnny has always felt compelled to pursue a career in teaching. His mother and older brother are both teachers. Johnny has always wanted to travel and see other cultures. He believes China and teaching at GLV will be a truly enriching experience for both himself and the students.
- Jason Ding (China)

- Jason was born and raised in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province. He studied international trade in Tianjin Foreign Studies University. After graduation he chose to teach Enlgish instead of entering the foreign trade industry because he was very shy and he wanted to challenge himself. After teaching for one year in Crazy English, he decided to move on to look for new ways of teaching English. He attended many English teaching training programs including Innovative Lesson Planning and Management, TEFL, English Coaching. Finally, he found that GLV provides the chance for him to improve himself and, at the same time, help more Chinese people improve their English.

- Charles is graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois with a degree in International Relations. He has held a number of different positions in the U.S. including auditor for an accounting department, project coordinator for a printing company and teaching at a summer reading program for children. In his free time he enjoys studying foreign language, Chinese opera, drinking tea and spending time with friends. Charles hopes to live the rest of his life in China and help to increase understanding and business between China and the West.
- Patrick Lenihan (USA)

- Patrick grew up in the Motor/Music city of Detroit, Michigan, USA (Motown). As such, he knows much about automobiles and popular music. After earning a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice at the premier program of Michigan State University, Patrick went to work for the Orlando, Florida Police Department, where he rose to the rank of Detective. Realizing that he wanted to serve the public more broadly, Patrick worked in the hotel business as a General Manager for many years. The Florida Department of Corrections asked Patrick if he wanted to teach ESL in a prison, which launched his third career as a Teacher of English. With his CELTA and TESOL qualifications, he has subsequently taught English to university students in Ukraine, and to youngsters at a large middle school in XianTao, near Wuhan. Patrick wants to learn the Chinese language and live in China for many years.
