This training program will be delivered in English. It is intended for teachers of English or teachers who have a good command of the English language. No translation will be provided. Interactive methods and cooperative learning methods are used throughout the training program.

Case Study:
Think-Pair-Share

In Think-Pair-Share, a problem is posed, students think alone about the question for a specified amount of time, and then form pairs to discuss the questions with someone in the class, usually a teammate. During share time, students are called upon to share the answer with the class as a whole.

Sometimes students are held accountable for listening to their partner because during share time they are called upon to share the answer they heard from their partner.

The think time may be unstructured, or may be accompanied by guided imagery ("Imagine it was a hot day and you were very thirsty...") or focusing directives ("Be able to come up with at least three ways you could...")

	Collis I. Rost (USA)      Collis has lived in the United States of America , Kenya , India , Russia , China and Switzerland . He has a degree in mathematics from Grinnell College in Iowa , USA . He has worked internationally in the fields of education and training for over a decade. He also has ample experience as a teacher of English as a second language. He offers training programs internationally in Teaching Methods, Classroom Discipline and Management, Character Building , Peace Education, Environmental Education, Cooperative Learning, and Cooperative games.
	Kelly Morine (Canada)     Kelly was born in Eastern Canada and was a business woman and entrepreneur for over 10 years in her native country.She is a highly qualified, TESOL trained teacher and one of GLV's most experienced teachers.In over 6 years in GLV, in addition to teaching in the TIE program she regularly teaches company and business classes. As part of the Management team, she was the Teaching Coordinator for a 3 year stint.  Her current position is as the Training and English Program Development Administrator. Her educational background is in the fields of Business Management and Administration, Communication and Education.
